TurfHubHQ is in beta. This summary explains how we handle your data today; a full, legally reviewed policy will follow. If you have a question about your facility's data in the meantime, contact us and we will answer it directly.

Overview

TurfHubHQ is an all-in-one turf management platform for golf courses and sports facilities. This policy explains what information the platform handles and how it is looked after.

Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address and role at your facility; operational data your team enters, including jobs, rotas, records, machinery and inventory; and basic technical information such as device type, needed to keep the service running reliably.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the service: running your job boards, syncing updates across your team and producing your reports. We do not sell personal data, and operational data belongs to your club or facility.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and only accessible to the people at your facility that your managers authorise. Role-based permissions decide who can view sensitive details such as staff contact information.

Your choices

Managers can export or remove their facility data from Settings at any time. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
