Golf Course Management Software
TurfHubHQ brings the job board, surface data and staff rota that run a golf course every day into one platform — built around how a greenkeeping team actually starts its morning, not a generic task list.
Surface data built for greenkeeping
Green speed, firmness and moisture are the numbers that actually drive your daily decisions. TurfHubHQ gives them a proper home instead of a paper log or a spreadsheet nobody updates.
Stimp speed readings
Log green speed readings by green, so trends over the season are visible at a glance instead of buried in a notebook.
Firmness testing
Record firmness data alongside your other surface metrics, in the same system your team already uses for the day's jobs.
Moisture mapping
Track moisture readings across the course to guide watering and aeration decisions with real data.
Pin positions
Plan and log daily pin positions so rotation is consistent and recorded, not left to memory.
Everything else your course runs on
Job Board & cutting directions
Assign the day's jobs — mowing, cutting direction, bunker raking, tee moves — and track them in real time across the whole course.
Staff rota & communication
Rota, hours and performance for greenkeeping staff, with updates that reach the whole team instantly.
Records & compliance
Spray records, pre-start checks and health & safety documentation captured in the format you already need for audit.
Reports & analytics
Turn job history and surface data into reports you can actually use for planning and budget conversations.
A morning on the course with TurfHubHQ
The greenkeeping day starts with weather and conditions, checked automatically rather than guessed at. Jobs are scheduled and assigned to staff before the crew arrives — cutting directions, bunker work, tee moves — so everyone knows exactly what they're doing and where.
Through the morning, surface data goes in as it's collected: stimp readings, firmness and moisture by green, building a record you can actually look back over at the end of the season. Machinery checks and maintenance get logged as they happen, not reconstructed from memory at the end of the day.
Everything updates in real time, from any device, so the person in the maintenance shed and the person on green 14 are looking at the same information — and reports for the greens committee or the club manager are generated from what actually happened, not rebuilt from notes.
Why greenkeepers choose TurfHubHQ
- Built around the morning meeting, not a generic task list
- Designed for golf terminology — greens, tees, fairways and cutting directions
- Records that stand up to scrutiny for spray, H&S and pre-start checks
Golf course FAQ
Does TurfHubHQ replace agronomy advice or a product label?
No. TurfHubHQ stores the surface data and records your team enters — stimp readings, firmness, moisture, spray and fertiliser records — but it never calculates or recommends treatment decisions. Pesticide, fertiliser and chemical decisions should always be checked against the product label, local regulations and qualified judgement.
Can I track surface data across multiple greens over a season?
Yes. Stimp speed, firmness and moisture readings are logged by green, so trends across the whole course are visible over time instead of scattered across a notebook or spreadsheet.
