Included on every plan
Every TurfHubHQ facility — Starter, Pro or Custom — gets the core operational toolkit. Higher tiers add capacity and depth on top of it, not a different product.
Choosing the right plan
Starter fits a small team getting off paper and spreadsheets for the first time — up to five staff members on the Job Board, with rota basics and email support while everyone gets used to the new way of working.
Pro is built for a busy grounds team running the whole operation through one system — unlimited staff, machinery and inventory tracking, full reporting, TV board mode for the maintenance shed, and priority support.
Custom is for groups, councils and contractors running more than one site: multiple facilities under one account, SSO and advanced security, and dedicated onboarding to get every site set up consistently.
Pricing FAQ
What happens to my price after the beta?
Founding partners who join during beta keep their founding-partner pricing as the product matures — that's part of the invitation, not a limited-time trial rate. Final public pricing beyond beta hasn't been set yet.
What kind of support is included?
Starter includes email support. Pro and Custom include priority support and dedicated onboarding, so your team gets help setting up job types, staff and facilities correctly from day one.
Can I move to a different plan later?
Yes. Book a demo or get in touch and we'll move your facility to the plan that fits — most teams start on Starter or Pro and move up as they add staff, sites or reporting needs.
We manage more than one site — is that a different plan?
Multi-facility groups, councils and contractors managing several sites fall under Custom pricing, which adds multi-facility support, SSO and dedicated onboarding on top of everything in Pro. Contact us for a quote built around your sites.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We haven't published contract terms yet — this is confirmed with you directly when you book a demo, along with current pricing for your facility.
